It dragged on forever and ever. They gave me deadlines and didn't meet them. The subcontractor they used to drywall and painting was terrible. I had to have someone else come in to repaint and patch the wall when they were done. They started the bathrooms in the fall and they weren't done until spring. The kitchen was supposed to be done by the first of June and it wasn't done until almost the end of June, and when they left there were still things that weren't done, I had to have someone else do it. I wasn't living here when I had them do the work to supervise. I thought the contractor would supervise the work and he didn't. The worst part was having the work poorly done and not completed. They were quick to give me drawings of what they were going to do, and the general contractor was very pleasant and nice.
