When I called to set up the cleaning, I was treated very kindly. I was told that the company would arrive around 11:00am. They showed up at 10:00am. They came in and cleaned the carpet very quickly. I asked to make sure that they cleaned both rooms becuase I was outside while the service was performed. They explained that both rooms were cleaned and that the trouble spot in the bedroom (animal urine) was completely cleaned. I didn't check the bedroom before they left which is definately my fault. Later that night, when I went up to the bedroom and closed the door, I realized that they never even cleaned behind the door. Also the trouble spot was not completely cleaned.
