A new door was installed in April 2022. Then the screen door had to be replaced waiting 2 months. Then the outside frame had to be replaced. They tried to remove discoloration on the white frame without a lock, so they used white caulk. It did not cover all the discoloration on the frame and the siding!!! The third disaster was the threshold; it did not fit correctly and the replacement was worse than the second. Well, now I am waiting for the 3rd threshold replacement. If I knew this would happen, I would never have ordered it.  It is October 2022 and the project is still not finished yet.  I spent $ 5,800.-on this and I am not happy with it.

I had a new patio door and 3 windows replaced. The crew was amazing- they insisted that it had to be done to perfection and put in the effort to make it so. They were pleasant and cleaned up everything before they left. We are absolutely thrilled with the way it turned out! The windows look great and the patio slide door is a huge improvement.

Amazing windows! Every day I admire them and how efficient they are. The windows open and close with ease. The crew that installed them was expert! Clean-up was perfect.

Our original shipment of windows contained errors. One new window screen was ripped when delivered. The large center bay window was delivered with a scratch. the side bay window crank out handles were both sent for the same side of the bay so one had to be replaced . another crank out window handle for a second window was the wrong color. These shipment errors all had to be replaced and a second repair crew had to come here and install the replacements which took about one month. Both crews that came here did good quality work and the windows themselves are of good quality. We are happy with the end result of this project. We feel that fault for the errors rests with your shipping and quality control department for sending damaged and incorrect parts Our project involved replacing all the windows in our house and adding the bay window. If all of the windows and correct parts were included in the original shipment I would have given you a five star rating.

I still have not received any paperwork for my door. I was told I would get the warrenty and other care instructions etc,

Windows themselves are beautiful. Outside caulking looks like it was done by a 6 year old. Sloppy work The 17k for 3 windows did not even get the interior jamb extensions and trim done. Overall, I would not recommend it.
