The "fair"/ "C" price is outweighed by the other "A"-quality attributes. However, A MAJOR CAVEAT is that the local PODS company deserves this praise, while the national/corporate location was near incompetent. We first contacted the corporate location, which proceeded to misspell our name in the online profile, mess up the delivery dates and details, charge us well before when they said they were going to, and probably something else I missed. In addition, the online website is somewhat helpful for some things, but nothing to brag about. The invoices section in particular takes a highly computer literature person with 15 minutes to spare to understand how it entered in costs, which were for some reason divided (seemingly unnecessarily) into multiple invoices. To sum, I would use the company again, but be very careful about which version - local or national - I do business with.
