We have started to use Petes Auto Repair to repair our vehicles a couple of years ago. After using several different shops over the years we have found Petes to be the best, over the top. Bob, Bill and the rest of the staff have always gone out of their way to help us out. They always try to fit us in not just on their schedule but also to fit our needs. Also great is the fact that they only do the work that is necessary and their prices are always fair. No one likes to have their car repaired, but if we need to we always feel confident to take it there. Thank you Bob for running such a great business.

My family has gone to Pete's Auto for years.  Their repair work is excellent, and they are honest about what repairs are needed.   They are often busy - so busy we have been told they were scheduling two or three weeks out at times.  Sometimes we have chosen not to wait and tried another repair shop, other times we've taken the appointments and waited to get service we can trust.  Other times I have found them to be brisk or somewhat dismissive on the phone.  One thing I really like about Pete's Auto is that they stand by their work.  Once a serpentine belt needed work less than a year after they replaced it for me, and they replaced it again for no charge.  Another time they were pretty sure they had done a repair that would solve a check engine light for me, but told me if it came back on future repairs would be free. 

They called the same morning that they looked at the car and told me what was wrong as well as what it would cost. Repairs were done that same day and within the given cost estimate. All individuals were very professional and knowledgeable.



The only draw back to our experience is that you have to wait a few days to get your car in as they are very busy.

Pete's service guys are the greatest. They will fix a tire and tell you when it is time to replace it. They never tell you to get a new one if the old one is fine. They can run the computer checks on the car and they have found many small things that can be fixed with a re-set and not really need anything done. They replaced parts on our cars at a fraction of what the big car companies here will charge you. The best thing is as woman they treat me with respect and take the time to explain things I may not understand. These guys are reasonable priced, respectful and they are there when I need them. I can not say enough good things.

We needed to get the seat fixed so my wife could adjust it so she could drive the car. But the car has a lot of miles on it and we didn't want to put a lot of money into it. They got the motor working again and charged $40. We wer very happy to get it fixed without having to pay an arm and a leg.
