A severe thunder storm with hurricane force winds broke a large branch off of a tree on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. It pulled the electric power line and conduit to our house out of the side of the house and broke the conduit just above the meter. They repaired the conduit and wires to the weather head and reattached the strain relief wire to the side of the house on Saturday morning. This left a simple connection for the power company that caused minimal delay when the time came to restore power to neighborhood which happen on Sunday morning. The response, workmanship, and price exceeded expectations. I will use them again.
