It went ok. My dog was ok. It's just that I felt since the problem was not fixed the first time, I shouldn't have had to pay as if it was my first visit.

Not well because I got mad. I felt they were nickeling and diming me by forcing me to come back twice for the same problem. They failed to solve it, so I felt they should eat the cost of the office bill and just charge for the meds. It's all about the money. $60 office call is too high. It's overpriced.

My 3 dogs and 2 cats all go to North Heights for years. I love our vet, Dr. Sarah. Her availability is somewhat limited but worth working around. Other vets in there now are good also. Had one negative experience with a new staff vet several years ago and clinic/practice senior partner was very understanding and responsive-this person didn't last long, and everyone else is great. Defnitely will continue going there. Lindsay and the rest of the front office team are especially A++++.

The vet was very professional. Their treatment seems to be helping so far. His wait time is just a very short time. Sometimes, it's a little hard to get into because they are so popular. They are very good veterinarians! I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We've taken our pets to North Heights Veterinary Clinic for the eight or nine years. They're very good. They're great with the animals. My dog had to have some stones removed from his bladder this winter and the vet did such a great job with the surgery. They really care for the animals so much. I trust them immensely with anything they're going to do. It's a very clean environment. The vets are super professional. A lot of people in this area take their pets there. They very competent and know what they're doing. They don't recommend unnecessary service on the pet just to make money. They do make recommendations and let you make the decision. They're not like, "If you don't do this, your pet's going to die." They're good. When my pet had to have surgery, they're great. Their objective is not to keep the animal overnight. They want to get the animal back home. The vet called me himself about three times after his surgery, just to make sure he was doing okay.
