Outstanding workmanship and service! Nikos' attention to detail was very evident, especially when we saw the new shed was completed. He did everything he said he was going to do and charged a fair price for his services. I would hire him again without any hesitation.

It went great until the last few days. After a week he said he would be gone for 3 days to help a buddy. I had to call him a week later. The last 3 days were rushed and the last few items were sloppy.

Could not have been better. Nikos is professional in every way and yet very friendly and easy to work with. The kitchen really looks great now. The work was done in a timely fashion, communication was fine and the price was more than fair. This is the second time I have had Nikos do work for me. When I need something else done in the future, he will be the first person I call.

Nikos leveled joints well and repaired all the work thoroughly, but (I believe because of poor basement lighting) missed some minor flaws - overall, the work was very good, and he did a GREAT job cleaning up, unlike first guy , who made incredible mess...Nikos was very professional in all my contact with him, and tolerated pesty realtor very well - as to cost , I have no idea how he did it ! Amazing ! - would not hesitate to hire again

Nikos was great to work with! He had to come on four separate occasions to complete the jobs. He went above and beyond by removing the junk (old drywall, tiles, etc) that a previous handyman who remodeled our bathroom had shoved in-between the floor of the bathroom and the ceiling of the kitchen. He also spent time matching and blending the new drywall to the existing texture. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself on every occasion he was at our house. He stayed late one night to get the bathtub and surround in so that we could shower the next morning since it's our only full bathroom. We would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

Nikos was great, hard worker, high quality, and a genuinely great guy. He was able to complete our project last minute. Only reason we did not give an A was because a wire got damaged during his repair that we had to then cover.

He went above and beyond.  Very pleased.

This was not an easy job and yet it went well. My house is nearly 100 years old and had some crazy carpentry and rotten wood. Nikos had no difficulty dealing with what these problems.  He also came prepared to do the job - no continual  running to home improvement stores because he could not properly assess the job when he gave me an estimate.  I was impressed.  There was a big test of the quality of his work a few days after the installation was complete.  We had high winds with gusts up to 40 mph -  no drafts.  What a change. 

I was hoping that I had hired someone who understood structural integrity and had the skills to do excellent work and ended up with so much more. In addition to quality work I received what I consider an unexpected bonus.  The windows look great  - way beyond what I had imagined .  I am still amazed when I walk up to my house and see how different it looks.  The framing is beautifully matched to the style of the house. 

Nikos is prompt, courteous and pleasant to work with.  He took pride in his work and kept me informed through out the project.

Excellent!  Arrived on time, got right to work, made several suggestions, finished all jobs, and left all areas clean.

Excellent work.  He is very particular about his work. I would recommend him highly. I will call him again for my next project. The ceiling fan was not an easy project but he made it look like it was!!!
