We bought a cottage with a small yard, but it had many weeds, crab grass and bare patches. This is our second year of service with them. Great improvement.
I gave a C for Puncuality as they do not leave flags or any paperword when they come. We prepaid. We have to ask the neighbors if they came.

We have been using them for about 2 years now. They come out 5 times a year to apply the treatments. My yard looks beauitful which means they are doing a great job. They notify me ahead of time about 24 hours before they arrive to my home. They have really good prices as well. Definitely use them if you want a good local company.

NatureScape did a lawn aeration for second year in a row.  Provider did the aeration when we requested [when ground was not too dry] and called the day before to confirm.  However, aerator operator seemed to be in a hurry as he ran aerator machine off edging around bush and flower beds in a number of places [and broke edging grass down].  This had not happened with previous service.  We will repair in spring with sod.  Operator did an excellent job of attempting complete coverage.  Overall grade for this year's service would be a B-.

They do fine in the middle of the lawn, but they don't get near the edges where all the weeds and wild violets grow. I spoke to them last week about this and told them the person who does the job never contacts me when he's here so I can discuss it with him. They assured me he would the next time he comes. He came today and guess what, same thing. He came and he left. I didn't notice he was here until he was getting in his truck and leaving. I'm not very happy with them.

They are wonderful. Their price was fair. I had been with another company and they beat him by a lot. They always leave the information whenever they do anything like for instances last week for fertilizer application. They leave a note on my door letting me know exactly what they have done and what time they checked out etc. I would continue to use them.

Good. Had our first treatment and I can already see a difference.

Fine. I have a very shaded lawn and these guys did as good as any other service, but at a better price.

They are fabulous. They had to come back because of the application. They were very good about it. They come out and do everything. What matters is they have 1.2 acres. Their price is very competitive. They were average and easy option. They did not have an organic option that is the reason why I changed.

This service showed up without a fixed weekly schedule even though I requested a specific date/time. During the season, the mower knocked over two fixed planters, and at the end of the season, the mower cut off over $200 of freshly planted landscaping. When I discovered what had happened, I contacted the company and talked to the regional manager. He took details but did not apologize or offer to reimburse me for the damage. I cancelled the service and would not recommend using this company.

I used them for years. I probably saw an ad in the paper. They come regularly. They do a good job. Sometimes, I have a big branch that they have to haul off. The other week, a strong wind brought down a branch from my tree, and the city wouldn't pick it up. They will do little extra things for you.

Their price is good. They will come when we want them to. They work with us on how many times we want them to come.

They are very flexible. I can call them up and say can you sneak me in for a one time mowing next and generally they are able to accommodate at what I would relatively call that last minute.

The treatments are effective because we don't have any dandelions anymore. My yard was usually bright yellow. Obviously, it works. It is usually no work for me. They call to let me know they are going to be in the area and see if I want them to come. They will just leave the bill on the door. It is a three minute phone call. They are very polite; they come out and take care of everything. I don't have to worry about it at all. They know when it needs to be sprayed and they will do it. We just used mosquito control last year and it was pretty crazy how much of a difference there was. My parents live down the street and we would go there and sit around a campfire and be eaten up by mosquitos. At our house we sit outside with the kids and wouldn't need any bug spray because there aren't any mosquitos any more. Their services are worthwhile. They are easy to work with. I have no complaints and no issues at all. Their prices are competitive. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.

They come when it is convenient to them.

You cannot have your lawn raked, picked up, mowed or watered and things moved in preparation for the job unless you do it every day from the time you place the order. They come unannounced, start the coring whether you are home or not, widely skirting anything that is on the grass, and leave the bill. The cores are short and few. They have done this before. I went with someone else a couple of years ago, but they were no better, so I came back. This year they raised their prices in addition to doing their hit and miss job.
