Manicures/Nails
During a pedicure, the stylist accidentally cut my cuticle. After several attempts to get it to stop bleeding, I politely suggested that I would come back tomorrow to have the service finished when the toe was healed. She insisted that it would be OK to apply the
polish even though I was concerned of an infection. When I refused to have polish applied, she demanded full payment for the service. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not there since it was a Sunday. Then, two other male stylist came over.
Rather than making things right, they threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. After another 10 min, we finally agreed on a reduced payment of $20. Needless to say, I'll never go back to Nails Envy and Spa
