The toilet leaked for several days under the floor board so I didn't see it right away. It ran down into my family room downstairs and it cost thousands of dollars to replace it. I will never use that plumber again. I called them after I discovered the leak; he walked into the house, right into the bathroom and said he could fix it; he knew what it was right away. It was a disaster. I had the bathroom and the downstairs all torn apart. His insurance company paid about $12,000 to repair it. His original price was way too high for the toilet and the work he did. He did not want to contact his insurance company and he kind of brushed me off so I had to go ahead and do it.
