They were very helpful in picking out a tire I wanted. They gave me several price points to look at and then I made the decision. Very professional place.

All went well but for the price. Was pricey for just balancing the front tires.
* Had to get tires re-balanced by another tire service center. Turns out that the two front tires that Matthews balanced were at least one ounce off on both.

It went very well and the car has never run more smoothly.

I have used Mathews tire on many occasions. I have only good things to sayabout them. they always get me in fast and are excellent in every way. I highly recomment them.

My experience was pretty good. I have no complaints. The prices are reasonable, the service was good, they were timely. They kept the appointments and they had it done when they said they would have it done.

I have been going to Matthews Tire and Auto Service Centers for years. They are honest and straight forward. Quality of work is excellent, they fix it the first time. Their prices is reasonable.

Car would not start. Got it jump started and took it in to Matthews. They ran diagnostics and determined the battery was bad and replaced it. Problem solved. They also provided free shuttle service as they kept my car overnight do the complete diagnosis.

I think they did a good job and their prices are competitive.

They completed the work on time.

Dropped off in morning. Got the job done in a day. Somewaht rare 97 vehicle. Having to replace the calipers came as a surprise to me and I think Matthews. They offered a 10% discount on total bill and there was a rebate on the brakes that helped. Free estimates.

My sister was in town from Texas and only had a one day window of opportunity to get some repairs done on her car, before leaving to go to MN. Matthews got her in right away called with an estimate before making repairs. After we picked up the car she said it road better than when it was new. Thank you Matthews for another great repair!!!!

I then drove this car from Wisconsin to Florida and all the way there and back; I was thinking, "Is this engine going to go on me?" Well it didn't. It stood up to the 3000 mile trip and the Florida heat. I went in to speak to the owner and the manager just rolled his eyes and said "He is never here. He is out doing nothing probably in a different state like he always does." After explaining the problem to him and wanting him to know what went on, he left and sent in the assistant manager to tell me there are two sides to every story. I believe him, the other side is they try and rape their customers for work not needed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I am NOT a disgruntled employee, never worked for them and never knew anyone who worked there. This is all backed by my paperwork and their paperwork. The manager even pulled the estimate out and I asked him if he would drive a car to Florida with work that needed to be done like the estimate said. He said, "This car would never make it there and back. Well I am still driving the car and put another 7000 miles on since.
