To start off with i left a message and asked for a phone call. I got 90% of communication back with texts ( from a computer that wasn't always manned) It was a bit weird . The other thing was i had to take pictures of my electrical panel and text them back . I wish they would have come out here and talked with me. Felt very impersonal. The only reason we ended up talking was because there was a question about the city permit and it would have been a nightmare trying to text the conversation. In the end it worked out and Lewins did the work . The technician showed up and he did a nice job. I would hire them again. They were priced reasonably compared to other quotes that I got. I just want to for warn folks that their initial contact is not the usual way.

Bryce was my technician and he was spectacular. Came up for an initial quote. He made diagnosis and explained options of what we could do. Bryce was very punctual, friendly, and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently. We worked through our Home Warranty and project was originally declined coverage, but thanks to explanation of Bryce and team, it was covered. I thought cost was reasonable.
