Went well. He had the part and was able to complete the repair. We had to wait a week for him to come out, but that’s because he was so busy. We gladly waited because we wanted someone with great reviews.

Everything went well.

I explained the type of range that we had over the phone and what the problem was. They identified the part needed and ordered it. They called us back when they got the part and arranged a time and date to install the part. The repairman arrived on schedule and fixed the problem. We were very pleased with everything about the transaction.

I had to leave a voice mail but within an hour or so Grant, the owner, did call right back and we talked through the issues I was having with my dishwasher.  I had some concerns about repair as it was ten years old but even over the phone he was able to give me a few pros and cons.  Grant was able to come out the next day and within only about a 1/2 hour, he was able to diagnose the problem.  Again, I truly appreciated the pros and the cons of continuing with the repair.  My husband and I decided to go ahead as the dishwasher new would have been over $800.  The part was difficult to research but Grant found it and had the job completed within two days of diagnosis.  He was professional and put us at the end of his day as he thought the job would take at least three hours. It did and he stuck to the original estimate as originally stated.  I would definitely call this company again for any appliance repair!  Great job!
