Description of Work: I discussed my needs and purchased a computer from them in Nov. 2011. I upgraded and added external storage, per his recommendation in 2012 or 2013. He came to the house to evaluate and install. Very nice man. Seems to know his computer stuff.

Description of Work: I took in specifications what I knew I wanted in a new computer. I was given information on availability and what I would get for certain dollar amounts. Computer was ordered and arrived within a week and all info from old computer transferred. Disposal of old taken care of.
