Expert Window & Door

The project was a success and I hope to use the team for future window replacements I have upcoming.

Joel was friendly, informative, and kept us in the loop when installation would happen.

I hired them to do replacement windows, siding and doors., and couldnâ  t be happier with the work and the compliments I get from strangers about how good everything looks. They are honest, and take great pride in doing an excellent job. No high pressure sales. Only window replacement company that mentioned upfront that.replacement windows have at least an inch less of window on all sides than replacement windows (so we went for siding replacement to be able to use new construction windows). Found Joel and his company on Home Advisor- came out and did an inspection and quote. Was very down to earth and helped us stick within our budget. The first quote was for the doors- replaced our front door with storm door, back door and porch door. We did plan on getting our porch windows redone and weâ re looking at different companies to do that. Joel said he would be able to do the porch windows as well and came back for another quote. Our porch is an extension on the house and sagging in areas and the openings werenâ t level- said his crew could level the opening for us and put new windows in (we only had the storm windows that were metal and would rattle). We agreed to get the doors done and the porch windows. Due to covid things took a bit longer to get but we werenâ t in a huge rush. Did all projects at once- and had some hiccups- none that were the companies fault (broken glass during transit and doors had some blemishes). Glass was already ordered before they installed it. Pictures were taken of the door and sent to the manufacturer to get replacements. Overall Joel and his company were very easy to work with- call or text. Licensed and insured so it made this process very easy and stress free. Will be calling him back to replace some more windows in the house. After discussing our replacement windows that we needed, Joel knew what would fit our needs. The large window for our living room has the crank outs on each side and the best part is they crank out and open straight out so you can clean them easily from the inside. They are triple pane so they will be energy efficient in the summer and winter. The installers were very professional. Friendly, respectful and they cleaned everything up after the job. It looks great! The other window is a normal double hung which was leaking before it was replaced and that also looks wonderful. We are very happy with our whole experience from Expert Window and Door. Very satisfied.

Buying experience for our Sliding glass patio door was easy, and fairly priced. Install crew was exceptional!!!

The window installation went very smooth, and it was easy to tell that the installers knew exactly what they were doing. They worked as a team and this put me at ease right from the get-go. They were very polite and efficient, and left no mess inside or outside for us to clean up afterward. Before leaving they asked if we had any questions. Joel also stopped over to make sure we were completely satisfied with everything and this meant a lot to us. We love the look of our new windows and look forward to the installation of our new front door and patio door later this year. I would highly recommend Expert Window & Door.

Very satisfied. Excellent explainsion of the product, details on the options for colors etc... Time frame for order was estimated perfect. Installation was thorough and fast, amazing that installation accomplished in 1 day, follow up the next day to do the inside/outside trim work. There was a delay in getting the windows most likely due to COVID-19. Once we were told that the windows were in, the crew installed them in one day. They did a great job.

We put off getting doors because others were way over price. Since having Expert door install the new doors, we already can notice a substantial change in heating bill. I will definitely use them in the future

They were actual fun to work with. We had significant water damaged discovered when the windows were being replaced. They did a great job repairing the water damage and replacing the windows. Most definitely would recommend them for any work .

This is a father son team where the father is turning over the buisness to the son. When I called them to set up an appointment for a price quote they asked if I had others coming. I said yes and Joel asked to be last. So I set it up that way. after the other 2 gave there lectures on windows and how great there product was and Joel waiting patiently in the driveway because the guy before him was so pressure sales that we couldn't get rid of him. Joel came in showed us his windows which were the same brand as the high pressure sales guy only cheaper we went with him. Do to covid the products didn't all ship at the same time but to get our windows going they installed all but 2 on there first visit and finished on there second visit. They did a walk around after they were finished and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Expert Windows and Doors!!! Looking forward to saving some money this winter!

Due to Covid our door took a little longer to come then we would have liked. There was miscommunication in letting us know status so that was frustrating. Once we were all on the same page and the door arrived, they did an amazing job with the installation.
