She came to our house and did an initial walkthrough. Made recommendations based off of observations. Then gave us an estimate and a time frame. We then set up a time and date for her to return and work her magic.
After everything was completed, we gave her a call upon return home to let her know that everything looked fantastic! We then set up regular weekly or bi-weekly dates for her to come and do scheduled cleanings. We let her know of any special requests and prices were given accordingly.
She was easy to contact to set up meetings, also very reliable and trustworthy. We were able to have her let herself into the house while we were gone and simply made a phone after the appointment. We have never had any problems with her not showing up and she always does an amazingly thorough job.
Our house looks beautifully clean and we are proud to have guests over! Thank you Julia
