I used these people for my dryer vent to be cleaned on July 28, it has taken until August 25 to get my dryer working again via another company. They broke the fan inside my 3 MONTH OLD dryer during their initial cleaning. After getting that repaired (which they did pay for), they came again because dryer still read there was a clog. They claimed to fix that clog and reattach a piece from the dryer to the vent as my technician did not do that from the repair, but the dryer still would not work and was coming back with a clog error. Had another company come and they actually took the vent pipe out of the wall and it was filled with lint and debris. So after 2 attempts of them saying the issue was resolved, it was still clogged. I had to pay a third party to get it cleaned and my dryer back to working again after a month.
