DISCOUNT TREE SVCS

For my roof they said they would fix it for $2300 because there were 3 layers on the roof that had to be tore up. I was promised to have material used on homes and businesses that have flat roofs. They used a rubber bladder instead and nailed it down all over and did not seal the nails. The step's railing is so wide, I cannot put my hand around it to grip. When I complained about it, he said my father will come out and take a look at it for no less than $450-$500. I mentioned Angie's List and said I would be filing a report and I then got a really nice phone call left on my voice mail. I called the BBB and they have had complaints against them. I also had someone take pictures of the roof. The service was great at first but when I called them to mail them a check, they would not give me an address, they asked for me to hold the check until the steps were complete. Phone book states 24 hour emergency service, but then I waited 3 weeks!
