The only issue we had was a faulty install of two gutters and a downspount. We found out that Customer Exteriors actually sub-contracts that piece out. As soon as we reported the issues to Custom Exteriors, they immediately got a hold of the sub-contractors and they were onsite within a day, which was great. Unfortunately, we don't have the name of the sub-contractors to report on them in a separate manner but they did leave tools at our house, and had to come back to fix the same problem twice.
Overall, this is a very reputable company who really take care of their customers.
