Landscaping
At first They were extremely friendly when they came out for the estimate. I ended up going with them because they seemed so thorough and knowledgable. They came out and did the curbing and part of the agreement was that they were suppose to add mulch to the trees that didn't have it and I asked for specifically dark mulch for this. They were also suppose to remulch all the way around the house with the exact same mulch that was already here, and he said it was absolutely no problem. What I got was shredded bark that lost its color after it rained. It was dark brown when they put it down and it rained two days later and all the color is gone, it is now just a natural color. When I sent them my check for the remaining balance I included a note to let them know how dissatisfied I was and I never heard anything back from them.
