CUSTOM COMFORT HTG & COOLING

Neal was prompt and quickly determined the reason we did not have heat and repaired it.  Custom Comfort was recommended to us by a friend who said they had used them and were satisfied with their work and said their charges were less than the
company we were previously using.  Prompt, efficient and reasonable are good reasons to use this company,

After about 5 contractors visited our home to provide quotes, we almost settled on a company to install a high-efficiency furnace that would qualify for the 30% energy tax credit. I then stumbled across Custom Comfort Heating & Cooling after receiving a recommendation from one of thier competitors (!) based on value and price. Custom Comfort was the ONLY company willing to offer a quote over the phone (after 5 contractors telling me essentially the same thing, I knew the exact type of furnace I needed). They came for an inspection of the current equipment before issuing the quote in writing. Custom Comfort's quote was 20% lower than the lowest quote I previously received...for the exact same furnace!!! The quality of the work was very good. They were very knowledgeable and were willing to spend time answering all my questions. They registered my furnace for me (required for the manufacturer's warranty) and prepared all the paperwork and documentation necessary for me to claim both State and Federal tax credits. All I had to do was sign my name, put the paperwork in the envelope provided, and mail it. My only complaint--cleanup of the installation area was less than thorough. But, cleaning the area around the furnace was the happiest 30 minutes of cleaning I ever spent since I had a new high-efficiency furnace and saved over $600!
