Crossroads Veterinary Clinic

I am very happy with him. They are very caring and sensitive. They are very good about not doing work until they feel it is necessary. They are not there to get your money and say, "Oh we need to do lab work and x-rays". They are there to say, "Well, it is looking pretty good right now, and if it gets worse then we'll do this". It is one of the things I really like about them. They don't do services that are not necessary until they are. The staff is very nice. They treat you with respect. I like them a lot. They are amazing. I never have to wait. I have been using them since 2010.

I have 4 animals. I highly recommend Crossroads. When I first started going there, there was one tech that we just had a personality conflict, but they dealt with it so well and they are very responsive. Because I'm a nurse, when I go into a vet I want to talk to a doctor. When I first started going they would just have an assistant come out and not that they weren't professional, but I wanted to see the doctor. So, they put it on my chart that whenever possible, I was to see Dr. Foster and no more do I have to ask for that. I automatically get Dr. Foster when I go in. I really like the fact that they were so responsive to my desires. If can't see him then they will say well, Dr. Foster is not available are you okay? I really like that kind of responsiveness. While I periodically see that tech now, never are we in a position to where we will have a confrontation. It is really neat because it wasn't that she was wrong or I was wrong it was just that we had a personality conflict. So, we'll see each other at a distance, we'll say hi, but she is never in the room alone with me. They might be a little bit high in pricing but I've only tried one other vet in this area so it might be normal for this area. It is cheaper than California.

They did blood work, a check up, got heart worm pills and a few other services. They are great.
