Pavers and Hardscaping Service
The contract was to remove front walk and back deck and replace with brick patio and walkway. When finished company was to regrade back area by patio, side and front yard to ensure proper drainage/grade. Grade in front and side are fine, front walkway is fine but back grade and patio are an issue. Patio has moved causing water to pitch at foundation and puddles to sit on brick patio. Water does not drain properly in back area around patio causing water issues. Attempted to contact CLA on multiple occasions and never received a returned call or email about the problem. I was told there was a 5 year workmanship warranty before i agreed to allow them to do the work. I feel like I was ripped off.
