We have been serving the valley for over 50 years with our family history in the trades since the 1920's. We are a service oriented business that performs over 6,000 calls per year. I was able to pretty much select the for the work to be done, instead of the company telling me when they could come out. The technician was prompt and professional. He had a great attitude and altho I did need a bit of extra work, he explained all to my satisfaction. Another tech was called to assist and the work was done during the appointment so there was no need to reschedule.

Everything went very well. After not having the furnace serviced for many years, it required a fair amount of replacement parts. All parts were "on the truck," so the job was completed on the spot. Very satisfied.

The service was very thorough and the technician was professional and personable. Furnace was cleaned and tuned. Drain cleaned and trap cleared. Air filter replaced. Ignighter ohms, ductwork temperatures, and carbon dioxide levels in exhaust were measured and reported. Price listed includes annual service package fee that doubles warranty periods, prioritizes service calls, discount on parts, no overtime fees, and filter discounts. Furnace is 20 years old and reported to be in excellent condition; the annual service is well worth the price.

Mike arrived 20 minutes early, did a thorough review of the boiler, and took the time to explain all his findings. He was happy to answer all my questions and was very friendly. I will definitely call Christensen & Wisnet again and will happily recommend them to others.

They were there within an hour of my call on a very Arctic day in which I know they were super busy. The tech, Eric, was so super friendly, as is every single tech I have had from their shop. He explained everything he was doing and why it may be failing, as well as what he did to fix it. Made sure heat was working in all rooms. Very professional, thorough, and down to earth. These guys are definitely people you can trust. Solid!! Every time.

It was was a good experience. He was extremely respectful, pleasant and tolerant of our four, friendly, barking dogs. He was on time and completed his work and submitted his bill before leaving. It was all very convenient.

I had scheduled a furnace tune-up for the first time with this company. From scheduling to execution of services, everything was timely and professional. Anthony came to perform the furnace tune-up and he discovered my furnace was in very bad disrepair. He cleaned it and tried to determine if it could be fixed by replacing parts. He worked very hard and kept communicating with me throughout the process. He gave me information on repair vs. replacement. I appreciated his expertise and his patience. I ultimately decided to get a new furnace. Anthony made it easy by arranging an appointment for me for the next day to discuss options with a furnace salesman. This company shows respect to their customers and the service is outstanding. I will definitely hire them again! The price reflects the original tune-up plus the unexpected extra time Anthony spent working on the furnace. The price was very fair.

We called mid/late afternoon on a Friday and they were able to send someone before the end of the day. Our unit was back up and running for the weekend. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This was our 2nd experience with the company and it was as great as the initial one.

The technician found multiple issues, was able to repair them in a timely manner and stayed late until the work was complete. Have always had a good experience with Christensen and Wisnet and Anthony was great. Professional, informative and hardworking.

Responded to emails promptly. Quick and quality service once he arrived. Unfortunately they could not give me a window of time to expect the repairman. I was just told it would be sometime on the scheduled date. So I has to wait all day for a call that he was on his way. Not sure if this is typical or just a very busy day for them . He arrived about 3:30 and was done by 3:50.

It is very hard to give any sort of estimate on days like this as each call is unique and we do not know what we are getting into until we are there diagnosing and repairing the equipment. When we try to estimate on days like this it can backfire on us as our schedule is changing every hour. I can assure you that not being able to estimate arrival with emergency calls is standard in our industry, especially on busy days. If you need after a certain time in the future like after 2 or 3PM we can put that on the notes and work around it. We do also have a new feature rolled out that you can see the live status of your call if you're waiting for a technician (service call) on our website."
