We have been serving the valley for over 50 years with our family history in the trades since the 1920's. We are a service oriented business that performs over 6,000 calls per year. "Thank you for sharing your experience. Your service call was on 7/11/2017 and we were very busy that day. It is very hard to give any sort of estimate on days like this as each call is unique and we do not know what we are getting into until we are there diagnosing and repairing the equipment. When we try to estimate on days like this it can backfire on us as our schedule is changing every hour. I can assure you that not being able to estimate arrival with emergency calls is standard in our industry, especially on busy days. If you need after a certain time in the future like after 2 or 3PM we can put that on the notes and work around it. We do also have a new feature rolled out that you can see the live status of your call if you're waiting for a technician (service call) on our website."
