We provide Free Consultations in your home or at your place of Business. We have an extensive array of Manufacturers to choose from; including Hunter Douglas, Springs and Lutron. "We are so sorry to hear you are disappointed. After 4-1/2 years, unfortunately your Free Service Warranty with Budget Blinds has expired, but your Manufacturer warranty was still in effect. The Manufacturer warranty does not cover S & H ($40), nor any Labor costs ($60) for a total of $100. We always offer our customers the option to do the labor themselves in order for them to save money. Not sure where the $140 amount came from to replace one blind mechanism. Under your Mfr warranty you would be getting a brand new headrail, not just the mechanism that malfunctioned. Please contact us if you would like to go forward with your warranty repair."
