"Thank you [Member Name Removed], for both the great review and your business!"
"Thank you to the [Member Name Removed] for their business. When I worked with Mrs. [Member Name Removed] she was informed that as an inside mount that there would be a light gap on each side of the window of the opaque honeycomb shade. As was Mr. [Member Name Removed], when he briefly joined us for a moment. As noted in my contract, I use manufacturer's specifications on deductions on all products, most windows are not square which also can contribute to light gap, and when measurements are taken I use the narrowest measurement for the width and the longest measurement for the length to an 1/8". Further at our consultation, we discussed that in order to avoid the side light gap stationary panels may be used to cover the gap. They were offered an outside mount where the shade covers the entire window, including the trim to remove the side gap, but declined that type of installation. The shade has hung in the guest room since November 25, 2015; Mrs. Bortselis at installation accepted the shade as it was installed, at no time was their satisfaction voiced before this review. It is unfortunate that Mr. [Member Name Removed] is unhappy with the product, but our consultation was very thorough and the treatment was delivered per our agreement."
Following the initial installation of the blind we discovered that the locking mechanism of the blind was defective. Jane was diligent in first replacing the locking mechanism (replacement appeared to be defective also) and then replaced the blind with a totally new blind. Jane made 4 visits to my home to address my concerns and make sure that I had a blind that worked perfectly. She didn't hesitate to work with Hunter Douglas in making sure that I had a flawlessly functioning blind and I was a satisfied customer.
"Thank you {member name removed} for your comments regarding our working together. I am so happy we were able to find the window treatment that you both loved the design and functioned well for you. It was a pleasure getting to know you and working with you."
"Thank you to the {Member's name removed} for their business. It was a pleasure to work with them. They selected some great window treatment: shades and blinds. It is great that they are enjoying them. Please note the only times a trip charge is assessed is for a drapery consultation(not a blind, shade or shutter consultation) or for a service call when either trips are required that are outside the regular scope of business or over the six month installation date. Hope that the {Member's name removed} family has settled into their new and neighborhood. I wish them both well and great happiness in their move to the Valley."
I would highly recommend her service. She stands behind her product 100%
"[member name removed] was a lovely client to work with. What [member name removed] does not mention in her review was that her blind was from 2004. The shade that was repaired was done so at no charge to [member name removed]. That shade was 9 years past the warranty and because it was a Hunter Douglas pleated shade it was restrung at no charge to the [member name removed]. I have done many projects for [member name removed]. I remember most of my clients, but [member name removed] and I share a momentous event. On 9-11 when the towers were attached we sat together at her kitchen table and watched this event unfold."
"[member name removed], Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a pleasure being able to assist you now, as well as 15 years ago when you purchased your window treatments. Thank you for your continued business. Jane"
From start to finish, Jane was outstanding with her communication, professionalism and quality of product! She kept me informed as to the status of my order from submission to a slight delay, and finally arrival and installation. I am extremely thrilled with my latest purchase with the Blind Lady. I am a repeat customer of hers .... I have done over a dozen rooms in my house using her expertise in blinds and custom drapery. If you are looking for superior quality, Jane at the Blind Lady is a sure bet!!
"It was a pleasure working with the (removed member name) on their master suite remodel. It was a challenge to find the perfect fabric for the project because in today's world fabric comes and goes very fast at a manufacturing level. But with persistence we found the perfect fabric and we were able to create the sanctuary that a master suite should be. I am glad that the (removed member name)are enjoying their oasis, Thank you David and Angela for both your business and your kind words."
