Looks great, time will tell if it stops the leaking. I am believing it will from the looks of the installation.

Almost perfect. Their crew was amazing. Very hard workers. There was a small issue but Basement Specialists stood behind their work and the issue was resolved. That's really all you can expect. We shopped around and there are well known companies doing a similar type of work with a bigger price tag. I also like Basement Specialists contract and warranty better than the competition, because they promise to take responsibility for anything that could go wrong and they did. BE CAREFUL AND READ BEFORE YOU SIGN CONTRACTS FOR HOME REPAIR.

Excellent! From the start the salesman - Mr. Reber was spot on what to expect and no pressure. I received and email from the main office a week in advance on what to expect - workers to be professional, clean up, etc. The workers protected the landscaping, basement, very friendly, keeping us up to date with their work. Very efficient, very professional, excellent quality (they double check to make sure the building inspector had stopped by after their work). I would definitely use them again!!! Great value for the cost $5600

Fine, not much damage do lawn while work was being done. Followed up in a day to again answer questions (work crew came over to remove wall braces). Also call from company a day after make sure we were happy with job done and to answer any questions.

Initial start delayed on first day due to weather. They were able to deliver the steel beams for the inside repair of bowing basement walls, and cut the cement on the driveway side. Showed up the next day on time, got right to work. The crew were very hard working, and professional but friendly with us. Explained to my husband what and why they did certain things. They didn't mind answering all of the questions, in fact were very open to explaining the process and why they did it. Cleaned up worksite each day after they were done, as in sweeping neighbor's driveway of any debris from their excavating . The salesman/office manager stopped by several times to see how work was progressing. They told us it would take approx. 3 days to do, and they delivered on that promise, as the weather co-operated and we had no more rain after the first day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing basement or foundation repair work.

During the initial visit by the sales representative, he provided options
that other contractors I spoke with did not mention. Between not
routing drain tile along the entire wall, nor putting in a drain
basket for discharge, this still met my goals for protection from
water coming in, yet this approach resulted in a lower quote.
Between the sales representative's visit and the arrival of the crew
performing the work, there was miscommunication between them about
the scope of the job. One issue involved arriving without the
appropriate equipment and another tool needed to be rented locally.
Another issue was a deviation in where the drain tile would be run.
I understand that deviations may occur, however had I been informed
of the prefered route in advance, I could have done more to prepare
prior for their arrival.
As far as the quality of the work, most of it was good. However, they
did a poor job of leveling the new concrete on the floor. In a
number of areas, the level of the concrete was higher than the
original floor. This resulted in making the remodeling effort more
difficult when replacing sheetrock on the wall or tile on the
bathroom floor.
One of the reasons that I reduced the professionalism rating was due to
the crew leaving the basement windows and garage door open on a mid
winter evening without alerting me that they had left to take a break
to eat.

They were very thorough and very careful. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They arrived as schedules and complete the work in estimated time. Work was completed and effectively matched to our desires and issue to be resolved. Their solution was a substantial reduction (50%) from competitive offering based on the root cause of the problem instead of pushing the competitive solution which was over-kill. Reasonable accommodation of post- construction site restoration was reached considering further unrelated work completed after they were done. Extremely satisfied with work, timing and customer management.

This is a wonderful company; very professional. They put in an egress window in my basement and they did a fantastic job. They answered all of our questions and kept up informed along the way. I highly recommend them.

Great 1 day job

The only issue was the weather, it had rained and was misting while they were doing the job, which made for a muddy area were they worked. This also tracked mud on the grass, and the rain made the ground softer than normal which caused the equipment tracks to be a little deeper than normal. They filled them in with dirt and made them as level as they could, and grass will have to be planted to get it back to were it was, but you have to expect some damage when you have equipment driving on your lawn. All there equipment had wide rubber tracks to limit he damage as much as possible, but the weather, wet ground, and this type of construction they did their best to keep the damage to a minimum. I also took advantage of the opportunity to have them take a couple of high spots in the yards landscaping were they were working to make sure water would not stand or be near the new egress. They were more than willing to help out, and did a nice job of leveling the ground. All in All in job was completed ahead of schedule by a couple of hours. (6 hours total) Excellent company

Work was completed. Have a few issues after it was done. They promptly came out to look at it and fixed everything to my satisfaction. They definitely stood behind there work.

Excellent, the three workers who showed up were friendly, very hard working, did the job with a minimum of "slack" time, and were done in just 2 days for a project I would have guessed takes 3 or 4 days. Really excellent.

I think they did a good job of fixing the seapage problem. There were disappointments in the area of professionalism, which I reported to one of the partners after the project was completed; the partner thanked me for my comments and indicated a willingness to improve their practices. Here is one example of the experience that was especially annoying. Nobody would be at home for a few hours, and before leaving, I checked with one of the partners to make sure that his crew would not need access to the house during that time. He said there was no need to get in the house. A few hours later I returned, and found one of the crew working with the sump pits in the basement. I thought I had locked the door, so I don't know how he got in. In any case, it was irritating to have a stranger being in our house unattended, and seeing how he had gotten dirt on the walls around several light switches in his effort to find the sump pits, and then seeing him actually using MY tools! This company can do a good job, but I recommend that customers watch them closely and keep asking questions.

The partner I dealt with most was responsive and prompt, and I have the impression that he cares about providing good service.
