The work went well. I went in on a Friday because I was traveling the next day and hoped the repair (the noise I heard) could be done prior to that. I was called later in the day to say travelers from out of town needed repair and could I wait until tomorrow. I agreed but needed the car by 9am. on Saturday. The workers came in at 5am the next day to make sure my car was done timely. The costs were explained to me in detail prior to repair. I was given a nice loaner car to use. The person I dealt with, whose name I don't recall, was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this business again.

He then showed me damage to my left lower control arm and said I should look at getting it repaired soon. He showed me the part and I could tell there was obvious damage. He also showed me the rotors and said that I had time left on them but down the road I may need to replace them due to some rust pitting.
I asked to have the immediate needs repaired and then got an estimate for additional repairs. Two hours later I got a call that my car was ready. I picked it up that night and the soft pedal was fixed.
Tony took extra time to make sure I understood everything. At no time did I feel pressured into anything. Everything it recommended could be easily seen and is to be expected for a 10 year old vehicle with 120,000 + miles. The work was done fast, inexpensive, and right
