Description of Work: I have been going to Auto Select for several years now and they are the BEST!! I am able to bring my car in whenever I need it looked at and they will make the time to take a look at it. The guys are knowledgable and dependable! This is where you need to go if you are looking for someone that will only do what needs to be done and will NOT try to pull one over on you to get you to spend more money!! Tony and his crew are awesome at what they do and I am always referring people to go to them!

 + -1 moreThe work went well. I went in on a Friday because I was traveling the next day and hoped the repair (the noise I heard) could be done prior to that. I was called later in the day to say travelers from out of town needed repair and could I wait until tomorrow. I agreed but needed the car by 9am. on Saturday. The workers came in at 5am the next day to make sure my car was done timely. The costs were explained to me in detail prior to repair. I was given a nice loaner car to use. The person I dealt with, whose name I don't recall, was very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use this business again.

Description of Work: I have had multiple service contacts with the Auto Select crew on Northland Avenue. They have consistently provided exceptional service and advice. What impresses me the most is their presentation of options regarding what needs to be done now vs. what can be put off to a later date, giving a sound cost/benefit analysis of the decision. Description of Work: I went here based on the Angie's list reviews and was very happy with the service I received here - very professional and everything was explained well. I brought the car in because of the check engine light and knew something was also wrong with my muffler. They diagnosed the problem quickly (emission system leak) and provided a loaner car during the repair. They also found a potential problem with the timing belts and walked through the pro's and con's of fixing that at the same time. They did not pressure me to make the additional repairs but I opted to anyways.

 + -1 moreI called about 11am and was told I could immediately come in. I explained that my brake pedal was soft on my 2003 Neon. Tony said he'd check it out and let me know. After 15 minutes he came back and invited me back to the service bays. He showed me that me brake cylinder was leaker and advised me to repair at the same time. I was already aware of a small leak, but it had grow since I last checked. I also asked him to overlook everything and make recommendations. He then showed me damage to my left lower control arm and said I should look at getting it repaired soon. He showed me the part and I could tell there was obvious damage. He also showed me the rotors and said that I had time left on them but down the road I may need to replace them due to some rust pitting. I asked to have the immediate needs repaired and then got an estimate for additional repairs. Two hours later I got a call that my car was ready. I picked it up that night and the soft pedal was fixed. Tony took extra time to make sure I understood everything. At no time did I feel pressured into anything. Everything it recommended could be easily seen and is to be expected for a 10 year old vehicle with 120,000 + miles. The work was done fast, inexpensive, and right - I've since been their several times and have always had great, fast, and reliable service at a great price.
