+ -1 moreDropped off my truck in the morning to get the steering rack replaced, which included front wheel alignment. Considering the price of steering rack, around $500, alignment around $60, and the rest for labor. It was a great deal! They gave me a loaner for the day and the job was completed at by the time I got out of work. Great service and a fair price.

Description of Work: Initial appointment at Auto Select-Appleton East was to have an Oil Change, Tire Rotate and 24-point Inspection. During the visit it was determined that a new tire was needed because there was a nail in the tire and it was not repairable. Left and Right Lower Control Arm Bushings needed to be repaired along with Total Wheel Alignment. Mike was very good with explaining to me what needed to be fixed on my daughter’s car. I was given a ride home due to the repairs would not have been completed until the following day. Late the following day Mike called to inform the vehicle was done but that he noticed a noise coming from the left front after taking it for a test drive. He was pretty certain what it was, but wanted to investigate further. The vehicle stayed overnight and the next morning Mike called and confirmed the Left front CV axle shaft needed to be replaced. Mike was very upfront and honest with all costs for all repairs. Mike was so niece that he even dropped the car off at vehicle detail center once all the repairs were completed. Extremely happy with the service that Mike and the gang at Auto Select-Appleton East provided on my daughter’s vehicle. After all of the much needed repairs, driving my daughter’s vehicle drives as if it was brand new. She will be very surprised when she comes home from college to drive her 2007 Dodge Caliber.

+ -1 moreI have used this business numerous times. They are extremely responsive and repair my vehicle in a timely manner. They call to keep you updated on the repair and to notify you of any changes from the initial estimate. If you go to another auto select location, they can access your repair history so the customer doesn't have to remember if a service was done recently or not. Their work comes with a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty.
Description of Work: Oil change, replaced alternator, replaced serpentine belt, replaced marker and turn signal lights, replaced a fuse and checked brakes.

Description of Work: Replaced rear disc brakes. Parts were competitively priced as well as labor. I had a random person quote me a better "cash deal" off CraigsList, being a mechanic for xx years and looking for side jobs. AutoSelect was LOWER and obviously reputable.

+ -1 moreALL WENT WELL, STAYED WITHIN ESTAMATE. THEY ORDERED PART NEEDED, CALLED WHEN IT CAME IN, PICKED UP VAN. WHEN IT WAS DONE, THEY CALLED SO THEY COULD BRING IT BACK. THEY KEPT THE VAN INTERIOR CLEAN, TIGHTENED ALL BOLTS, YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW THAT THE SEAT WAS TAKEN OUT. I HAVE DRIVEN THE VAN FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS SINCE THEY COMPLETED THE JOB AND IT WORKS GREAT. I DO LIKE THE IDEA THAT I HAVE A 2 YEAR/ 24000 MILE WARRANTY, OTHERS WOULD NOT GIVE ME THAT. WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED THAT THEY DID NOT TAKE CHECKS, I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE ASKED ABOUT THAT PRIOR TO THEM STARTING, BUT NO DEAL BREAKER.

Description of Work: Looked into my problem and repaired it in a timely manner. They are thorough and trustworthy. I would definitely send my friends there. I have even called them while out of town and they referred me to an Auto Select where we happened to be, then called that garage to let them know we were coming and what our problem could possibly be.
