They are reasonable.  They are accurate, friendly, thorough and very helpful.  They are far more reasonable with their hourly rate.

We were new to Wisconsin in 2008 and had no recommendations of businesses to go on when we were in the market for snow tires. Got Auto Aces out of the phone book. We didn't find out till years later that the snow tires Auto Aces sold us were the wrong size for our car and the rims they supplied were also the wrong size for our car. In addition, the rims do not fit properly on the car, causing me to have to frequently check the lug nuts for tightness. Our Honda dealer told us this, and that we should just let the tires wear down and then replace both tires and rims. I called Auto Aces to complain about the improper sizing of tires and rims and they just said they were no longer under warrantee. Just found out today that tires have an and quot;expiration dateand quot; so to speak...it is recommended that they should be replaced after 6 or 7 years due to the tendency for the rubber to dry out, crack, and possibly cause tire failure (blowout). Even a new tire sitting in a warehouse will no longer be safe to use if they are over 7 years old. I found out how to read on the tire the year it was manufactured and checked our Element's Blizzaks. The tires were manufactured in 2005 and we bought them in 2008. They were already 3 years old when we bought them, therefore, they had used up approximately 1/2 of their useful life sitting on a shelf somewhere! Wow, this business really gave us the BUSINESS!
