The service representative quickly assessed the situation and determined that viruses and adware were likely the cause of the computer issue we were having. The representative installed a new antivirus, ran it, and then optimized the computer. The viruses were completely removed and the computer is remarkably fast and responsive now. We would definitely call Making Technology Trouble Free again for additional services or training on other programs we need help with.
