We had to have repeat business when our dog was sick. They weren't quite sure how to diagnose it the first time and had to try a couple of things.

On the fourth of July weekend in 2010 I called All Creatures Animal Hospital on a Saturday morning asking if they had an opening that morning because our cat was not feeling well. We knew our kitty suffered from heart disease and it was quite clear that this event was do to that. They had me come in at 11:30 that morning saying they would see him (even though they were only open until noon). They spent over an hour with our kitty doing whatever they could to ease his discomfort and we left with some medicine. The next day (Sunday) our kitty seemed to be worse and I took him to the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center where he needed to be put down. A few days later we received flowers and a card from AllCreatures expressing their sympathy to us for losing our little friend. We were so impressed by this because we did not tell them our kitty had passed. All creatures staff is compassionate, caring, and truly care about your pet.

We had a kitten, which was a barn cat. I took him to get a declogg and he passed away. They felt so terrible and horrible about him. They had him cremated for us and didn't charge us anything. They sent us a sympathy card afterwards. They take wonderful care. You can call them in the last moment and tell them that you have an issue. They tell you that they would tell you to come and that they would squeeze you in. The whole veterinary staff knows me by name. They are fantastic people. I see Dr Walker is my regular veterinarian. All are good there. I would use them in the future.
