WARNING DO NOT HIRE!!! Scammer. Took my money, didn't show up for over a week after receiving the final payment. Didn't obtain a building permit, windows don't open properly, trim is lopsided, trim doesn't match up, left the flooring 1/2 done. Lied to obtain the job. Was giving a full detailed list from the insurance company as well as me telling him what all had to be done, when I was given the estimate for EVERYTHING it seemed fair but then as the weeks passed and conversations started, he stated that only the kitchen and living room was estimated. My entire house was suppose to be painted, 2 doors replaced, 5 windows were to be installed, he said he only quoted 3 and the door wasn't included but he "did it anyway" great stuff was used and sloppy to fix something, door wasn't installed correctly so there's a gap between the door and frame so weather elements can get in and you can see right through it. Used an unlicensed electrician who didn't do his job or what was asked. Leaving bare wires exposed. Probably going to have to sue him. I'm sure he's not insured either. He sent a friend of my the pick list in order to pick up the counter tops, he measured wrong when they were ordered so now I will have to pay to have the pieces redone which isn't cheap. He did not bring in the mold before telling them to cut the counter tops so now there's $2,000.00 out the door for that as well. See pictures. UPDATE: So upon having a new contractor coming in, I had to have another electrician come in and this contractor covered live wires for outlets up under drywall and mud. He left live wires in my attic just laying there and never had his electrician come back. It is apparent he was trying to have my place burn to the ground with gross negligence. So now the whole place had to be redone. Save yourself money and don't hire this joker.
