+ -1 moreMADE PROMISES HE DID NOT KEEP. JOB WASN'T COMPLETED AS PROMISED. QUALITY WASN'T GOOD. NOT FINISHED IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. DIDN'T DISCLOSE CUSTOMER COSTS- WAS SUPRISED AT THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IT COST ME ABOVE AND BEYOND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. HIS CONTRACT ESTIMATES WERE VERY LOW ON MANY THINGS- ENDED UP COSTING ME ALOT MORE TO GET QUALITY MATERIALS AND SERVICES.
