The service was better more than I'd expected. Pleasant professional gentleman. Efficient. And mostly, he seemed to like my cat. If needed, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very disappointed. No response at all after trying to contact him two times.  Left description of service we wanted performed - a kitchen door and window replaced. Even if a contractor is too busy it should be common courtesy to at least respond with an explanation as such.

After reading the reviews on Angie's list we felt most comfortable contacting this provider.  I emailed and got no response, my husband called and got a return called. He was told to send an email for the things we needed done:  New front door installed, Sink in bathroom replaced and trim work installed in great room after flooring guys leave.  Never received a replay back after 2 weeks so we moved on to another person.  Poor follow up and customer service.

Arrived at agreed upon times and was flexible when for example not enough molding was ordered or painted requiring extra trips to complete job.  Was flexible enough so that for example when discovering a fluorescent light ballast had fried he added that to the work to be done with nary a blink.  Seems like the more we had him do the more we discovered things that we missed that needed to be done.  His crew was personable and great to work with.  They the job site clean every day.

I needed a handyman that could complete some misc repairs in my home before it was put on the market so I called Ken's Busy Bee Handyman Service. Ken responded to my inquiry right away and quickly got me on his schedule.

Ken showed up on time as he said he would. He was very professional and courteous while he worked on my misc items. He quickly completed each task and cleaned up before moving on to the next one. This was very appreciated since I was getting my home ready to sell! 

While Ken was working I mentioned my tall window problem and Ken said he had a special ladder that he could used to clean them if I would like him to do so. Ken came back 1 day later to make sure the windows were cleaned before my house was on the market even though this was not on his schedule. The windows looked great.

I found Ken to be a really personable guy that was very knowledgeable about home repair issues and I would recommend him to others and use his service again. Great job for a good price.

Ken was very pleasant to work with. Was able to schedule the work within a short time and completed it as estimated. The work done was as discussed. Recommendations were given for things I didn't understand. I was very pleased to find Ken's Busy Bee and will definitely use his services again.

This was not one of those big jobs that most contractors (Handymen) seem to have to have or otherwise they won't speak to you.Ken showed up on time for the estimate and got right back to me within a matter of a few days. The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner. The one time there was a delay he called me up and let me know about what time he would be here and apologized for said delay. I was very impressed with how he cleaned up afterwards and the quality of his work. Even said not to pay him until work was completed as the gutters were sub-contracted out. Most important thing was that he came in pretty much right on estimate even though he ran into a few unforeseen problems on the way. Am thinking of getting new hardwood flooring installed in the future and will not hesitate to give Ken a call.

Ken and his 2 helpers worked quickly and professionally. They discussed any construction issues arising with alternative measures that we could consider doing. We went along with the best long term approach. I was kept advised as the job progressed over the 7 hours of work.
