Will probably do fine, if there is someone present during ALL work. Any purchases and/or returns should be done by the homeowner. Basement windows were "glued" in and fell out. Did not seal and cover a furnace exhaust when putting in a new roof. Was charged an hourly fee to return goods that he over ordered and then tried to skim the credit and lied about it when confronted. We had to call the store to get the actual credit given to us. All purchases were made by us, out of our checkbook and he refuses to give me back our original receipts. He did not complete the work contracted for. Very, very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
