Very fast response time, no pressure sales. They completed the work over two days so we could move furniture into the rooms they were not working on that day. The carpet looks great, they offered suggestions on color and stayed within the budget. Respectful, honest and very nice.

The work was beautiful. They removed the vinyl flooring and also took off the carpet for us. I liked them a lot. One of the things was that they ran into a problem and they needed to do more sub-flooring for the base. This was something that you wouldn?t know until you pulled the flooring itself. When they did the estimate this was not included, and they compensated for that, which was really nice. They had to coordinate with the other providers - the cabinet people for example - and they did that well. They all blended very well and adapted themselves because a couple of things got delayed. Their price of something between $6000 and $7000 had to do with the grade of the cherry wood that I chose for the floor. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.
