Looked at the job I needed , said they would get back to me, and they never did. Did not answer my follow up email either. I got some one else to do the job.

They cmae out and gave us an estimate and promised 2-3 weeks to get parts ordered and to call for the utilities to get marked. This happened during the first week after the visit and the following Monday the crew was out and had the fence and gates installed in short order.
The fence and gates look great and function well to keep our small puppy in the yard. We had not issues.

Excellent customer service. Called me back right away and matched a competitor's price on the fence that we picked.
After the install they followed up with me to make sure I was happy with the fence. All around a great job.

Immediately had problems. 90% of the caps for the pickets had to be re-glued the first week because most only had glue on one side or no glue or were applied crooked. One of the pickets was approx. 6 inches shorter than the others and the installer had just pulled it up to be even with other pickets, hoping it wouldn't slip back down. Posts were not cemented in, just pounded in so with the first winter, the posts heaved and all were crooked or of different heights. Each section of fence started to say so it looks like fence is scalloped. I called several times and when someone from company came, the posts were just pulled up or pounded down to make them even again, but within a few months the posts had moved again. To correct the sagging, they pounded the posts down until the picket section was at the ground. even tho I had asked them 3 times not to do that. They came again and this time put blocks under the picket sections, but with another winter, the blocks fell out because they were just sitting on the ground. I called last summer to have the gate section evened because the post had been pulled up too far and the gate section was crooked. I called 3 times and each time was told that Kelly was "out in the yard" or "on the other line". I left a message each time asking her to call me, but it's over a year later and I have yet to receive a call back. Before I had signed the contract for the installation, Kelly always took my calls or called me back within a short time. Obviously they no longer want to deal with me or my crooked fence. Today, my fence posts are uneven, the picket sections sag and the gate section slopes down about 8 inches. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

This was a warranty repair on a fence they had installed 2 years ago. They seemed a little disorganized in the office - I had to call twice. But once they came out, they did a good job assessing how to strengthen the attachment. We are pleased with the results.
