+ -1 moreThe crew was nice and cleaned up the job site well. The problem started to occur when we noticed an issue with how they installed the shingles where two roof lines came together. The owner did come out to look, admitted there was something they could do to prevent the water from going under the shingles, scheduled to come, but failed to actually make it here. Since then he has become unresponsive to email and voice mail. At one point you could not even leave a voice message because it was full. I did file a complaint with the BBB, but again he did not respond. We have since gotten a quote from another roofing company who has said it will be $450 to fix it.
Description of Work: Schmidt Roofing installed a 50 yr Certain Teed roof for us.
