Came out promptly. They were extremely reasonably priced. Cleaned after himself and the mess.

He was polite, professional, quickly discovered the broken connection on the washer. This was despite the fact that it was an unusual model. He also discovered that the ties that hold the washer in place were all broken. He promptly returned with those parts and repaired the washer. I was not billed until all the work was done.
