Eastwood Plowing And Landscaping

This is a sideline that Kris (one of the owners) picked up for the winter months.  He got back to me quickly when I contacted him and was able to come within 2 days to look over the job and give me a bid.  He's very personable and checked before starting the job to see when he could deliver the flooring and called the day before to make sure the details were correct.
The job was planned for "two, maybe three days" and happened during a week when we had snow three days in a row.  Kris called me two mornings to say they would be a little late (30 minutes) and they arrived on time.  Kelten and Jason were the rest of the crew and they were pleasant and respectful of our space - my husband and I were both working at home during the job and they made sure to warn us when they were going to use noisy equipment.  When Kris realized that FloorsforLess had sold me less than was needed for the job (I had taken his figures to the store and they didn't allow for wastage), he called the owner who agreed to provide 1/2 the extra needed boxes at no charge and half-price for the others.
 They did 6 closets and an 8 foot pantry along with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, livingroom, laundry room and 3 hallways and it ended up taking 3 1/2 days.  They did the kitchen flooring separate from the adjoining areas (in case of a dishwasher leak - would only require replacing one room) with transitions.  The dining room floor adjoins the kitchen for an entry and the 'plank' lines on the laminate didn't line up when they were laying the dining room.  Kris asked me to look at it and I requested that they redo it so it would - which they did with no problem.
They used our garage to cut the laminate and it produced an amazing amount of dust.  They blew most of the dust out of the garage.
