Everyone I dealt with from the owner to the workers were extremely professional and fully knowledgeable in their craft. I had a quick response and with every phone call and their customer service is excellent. Forever Rafters is a little more pricey but the quality and service makes up for it. I highly recommend Forever Rafters.
Description of Work: The last project Forever Rafters did for me was put up a maintenance free railing along my porch. I am not sure on the exact date they did the work, but it was summer 2010 and my railing still looks beautiful. I am going to have them quote me a price for a new deck next.

Great experience. You get what you pay for and that is the knowledge and expertise that Steve and his company bring.
Description of Work: Had a maintenance fee railing added to my cement porch. They were on time, very pleasant to work with and did great work. You pay more but the work they do and the knowledge and experience they have is worth it. Steve stands behind his work. In the past Steve put in a patio door and replaced some base boards in dining room to match the new trim around the patio door and made sure to keep the look so it matched the rest of the house. I would hire them again for projects.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH DAN FROM FOREVER RAFTER ON A FEW PROJECTS. THEY HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH REMODELS AND OLD HOUSE REPAIR. THEY FALL INTO THE "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" ON THE HIGH END. GREAT WORK, VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL, BUT AT A PREMIUM PRICE. IF THE JOB IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH, I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A 1925 HOUSE THAT HAD SOME ROTTED BEAMS. FOREVER RAFTER CUT AWAY OLD AND INSTALLED NEW BOARDS IN TWO LOCATIONS FROM THE BASEMENT.
