Mr. Johnson was excellent, very professional, communication was easy to understand and never felt like anything was over my head as I'm a 60÷ female. His expertise for the home is the best out of 5 different homes and inspectors. I would highly recommend him, oh and his prices are very reasonable. From my past experience with previous home inspectors, he clearly is a A÷÷÷, and I'm not one to give out such a high score, but he deserves it. He traveled a distance for our up north home offer. Mark did my inspection for my new home purchase. It was easy to schedule and he sends email to customer and the real estate agent. He was very knowledgeable and answered questions we had. The report is electronic which is great (no needing to decipher possible scribbles) and he included photos. I will recommend to others.
