After they built our bathroom, something split and we told them that they need to come repair it. We kind of became friends because we had him do several things and he said, "Yeah, I keep forgetting about it. I gotta come down." It still isn't done so I'm really disappointed that they haven't come and took care of it. I do think he's a little bit on the expensive side but then I didn't get any other estimates but that was my fault. He does a good job as far as that goes and he's very friendly. I think they should have been down here to fix that because it's been four years now since we had that bathroom added on. I know he's really busy as far as that goes but we told them several times and I've been thinking about calling him again and ask him, "Please, get down here and do the this." I know it's really easy to forget. We see him some place and he says, "Oh, I keep forgetting. Yes, we're gonna have to take care of that." Then he forgets again. At first, I was just really happy.

Job was very well done. Siding was removed and replace on one side of the house which took about a day and a half. Next day was prep for the paint and then about two days to do the exterior of the house.

job was done very professionally and they always cleaned up after themselves with out any problems. There were no hidden costs and they made very sure that everything was right before they left.

Would highly recommend them to do work and will call them first in the future for any other work that we need done!

Was very satisfied with the job that was done!

We are happy with everything, and the work is excellent.

Orville and his helper replaced sink, bathtub, shower, and fixtures, They replaced vinyl flooring with tile, and tiled the entire shower/tub area, treated and painted walls, replaced light fixtures, installed a fan and rerouted a heating vent. He was very open to suggestions and right on target with his estimate (the only reason it went over was our more expensive substitutes for sink and tub.) He was meticulous with details and the end product looks fantastic. We didn't need to wait more than a few weeks for the whole remodel.

I LOVE MY CONTRACTOR!! Orville was so easy to work with. He is very personable and easy going. I knew almost immediately upon meeting him, that I wanted him to do my remodel. (I had another company give me an estimate and within 10 minutes knew I could not work with them.) Still I asked Orville for references. He gave me 3 sheets of references and



said he'd provide more if I wanted. I called 6 or so. His references were glowing. Everyone I talked with was very pleased with Hartwig Construction.







I received an estimate from Orville and then asked to meet with him to determine ways we could lower the cost. He worked with me on my budget. I did quite a bit of shopping in order to purchase items more inexpensively and more to my tastes. For example, I bought vanities, sinks, and counters online from Costco.)







Hartwig construction stayed on budget and for the most part on schedule. Orville told me it would take about 3 weeks to complete the remodels, but it actually took closer to 4 weeks.







Orville, out of the kindness of his heart, hung a large decorative mirror for me, changed all the light bulbs in the chandelier over my stairs (it is very high and I could not reach them.) He even repaired a wall the heating and air contractor damaged while installing a new HVAC system.







I love my new bathrooms. They are gorgeous!











I am saving my money to have Orville return and remodel my kitchen.
