They are out of the Olympia and Yelm area. I asked them to come out and inspect my chimney and my insert. They ended up only inspecting my chimney. On the good side they were timely in getting back to me and were very good in keeping in communication with me. On the downside it took them forever to get out there and once they did there was mass confusion about what they were to do. Then, once they got out there they increased their price and I said no. It started as a $149 service and by the time they got out there it was going to go up another $300 to $400 and I said no.
