We have had to control the PCI Pest Control office a few times to check in on second or third sprays to get rid of as many ants as possible and they have always been very helpful and professional.
Luckily, we saw no further signs of mice activity in the house. PCI continued their followup activities for 3 months until they were sure the situation had ben fully controlled.
Based on the effectiveness of their mice eradication efforts, we signed for their year round protection program which involved 3 visits per year to treat the house for mice, rats, spiders (and possibly some other creatures I don't recall). We have not had a single pest issue since we signed up with PCI and would highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.
