Repair was done on a Sunday. T.J. was polite, friendly and professional. He showed up in a marked van and in a uniform. He accomplished the repair in about an hour and at a fair price. Things were completely cleaned up afterwards. Absolutely would hire again.

When we called for a estimate, T.J. was out the next day and provided us a very reasonable quote on the spot, even though we had a challenge with the rails for the door. T.J. was confident that there would not be a problem. When we called back to accept his quote, his installer was there two days later. Jake installed the door in an efficient, and professional manner. When he left, he had left no evidence that he had been there other than a brand new, beautiful garage door. This company will be our first call in the future if we need other work of this nature.

They came exactly on time for the estimate. Very honest. Explained the process/approximate cost of repair of the garage door vs replace it. We decided to replace it as we were selling our home. They came back the next week to replace garage door, on time. Very professional and respectful. They finished the garage door in record time, everything was perfect. They also fixed the inside door to garage that was not swinging shut automatically.

Great! Derek was on the second job solo and he was late but I was in no hurry. He apologized for being late and for the time it took and it was clear he was trying to get a routine of installation and was still struggling with the process. He was very meticulous because of being new and wanting to do it right and I appreciated the extra effort although he probably took a little longer than normal from what he was telling me. Having installed a garage door years ago, I appreciated the work he did and the effort he was making. It was worth the money spent for the work done.

Very well. My only concern/complaint was that they were a little slow in getting back to me to set a date for service. However, this was right around the Labor Day weekend, so that may have had some bearing on the situation. I did pay for two additional rollers ($22) since the deal I signed up for only covered 10 rollers and I needed 12.

Did a great job. Bought an Angie's List Deal and even though there was an error by Angie's List on locations served, they were very honorable in still performing the service. Came and installed a new garage door opener and pin pad to replace a decades old one, had no problems. Quality service! Thank you.

We purchased the garage door opener with installation. However, we were told we have to replace the spring rollers since the new garage door opener was not matched to the current ones. We have to pay additional $275. It is much more expensive ($285+275) !!!

The work, when it was finally done, took WEEKS to arrange. Then, when it was arranged, the worker somehow didn't show up. BUT the owner did come (on a Saturday) only to discover that the springs were broken. So, not having them, had to reschedule for two days later. When the worker actually came everything went really well and we are really happy about the result.
