It was pouring rain and tough to figure out where the leak was coming from. Ended up being a result of screw up from contractor who didn't lay flashing when incorporating roofing of an addition (Erwin Construction). I was over a barrel, but Clearview was thorough and professional. Owner, Scott Jansen has a lot of integrity. His workers were efficient and left the place clean. Price was very reasonable.

Scott was exceptional from initial contact through installation. Went above expections and examined all roofing spaces from outside and inside the home. Assisted with necessary requirements to file a claim with the original shingle manufacturer. Assisted with financing options and consistently followed up throughout the complete roofing process. Scott and his crew were very professional. The roofing crew was efficient, polite, hardworking, and completely cleaned up after each days work. We were amazed at how fast the job was done, and how attentive Scott was. Strongly Recommend.

I can't imagine ever writing a higher quality review then this one on Clear View Exteriors LLC. I take reviews with my name on them very seriously, and this is only the fourth review I have ever written. I was initially impressed with Scott (the owner) when he himself came out to bid the new roof I needed. I had a total of seven bids done and his enthusiasm, communication skills, professional demeanor, and most of all integrity seemed to be of very high standards. Several contractors (including Scott) informed me that I might have a potential claim on the existing shingle that was on my roof. Scott was the only contractor who offered to assist in preparing the claim as it was quite detailed, and a roofers knowledge was very helpful. A couple other contractors offered to assist but not before I signed a contract with them for the full amount regardless of the claim. Scott never mentioned it and I was really surprised by the amount of time and effort he put into it with measurements, photos, ordering an eagle view photo and he himself (the owner) made several trips out to the house to do it. This all took several weeks to process and gave me a chance to check out the three companies I had narrowed the bids down to. I am very detailed and checked everything from licensing, insurance and bonding, violations, to law suits and reviews. Clear View Exteriors was perfect on paper. Based on that, price, product, and most of all getting to know Scott, I knew his company was the one I wanted for the job. His timing and commitment was very sensitive as he was aware that my roof had several minor leaks and how important it was to me to have the roof replaced immediately. I had some concerns knowing he had multiple projects in progress and he reassured me when I was ready he would make the time and do the job. He did just that! He arrived on time with the appropriate equipment and crew who were very respectful, pleasant, and all worked extremely hard and efficiently well together. In a total of just under twelve hours he and his crew completely removed the old roof, fully prepped, made necessary repairs, and put up a beautiful hunter green colored roof that has a 50 year lifetime! They also thoroughly cleaned, magnet swept for nails, and left the premises with a spotless like appearance! Clear View Exteriors fees were very fair, the owner and his crews work ethic is far above average, and I whole heartily endorse Clear View Exteriors for any consumer in the market for a roofing company. Went great. Had to wait out a spell of bad weather before getting started, but once the rain stopped, complete roof was installed in one day. Also contractor pointed out improvements (bathroom and kitchen fans were vented directly into the attic rather than going out through the roof). Contractor remedied these defects at a nominal cost. Outstanding job.

Scott came out right away, was on time, and very professional. He got a bid to me promptly, and was willing to discuss and work with me on price. He was able to move things around and get my roof started right away. His crew was always on time, polite, and they sure worked their butts off, as this was NOT an easy job! Lots of unforeseen issues with the previous roof and the job ended up being bigger than we had thought, but Scott made sure it was all taken care of and done in a timely manner. Scott suggested ways we could save money on other projects being done on the house, had recommendations, and had a good sense of humor even when I got a bit neurotic! Overall, I'm very happy with Clear View and Scott, and I have already recommended him to several people. I would not hesitate to contact him again for more work.
