It went incredibly poorly. Russell Morgan, the owner of A One Source Corp,. is an excellent salesman and an incredibly poor contractor. Virtually everything he did was "the easy way out" and missed quality by a large margin. His poor work quality destroyed the electronics of my spa tub requiring me to obtain new control units, cables and switches. I had to redo the major items like the tub repair, and I'm still chasing minor items like leaky faucets and sliding toilet seats His floor installation is peeling in the corners and it is barely two weeks old. He buys tools with accounts he helps you establish to, "get the contractor's discount." and keeps the tools. That was not part of the program at all.
If Mr. Morgan offers you a proposal, quickly run the other way. I took a friend's recommendation and now I've lost a friend. Too bad for me, she was a nice person.
